Where the slips go.

Q Division is the research and intelligence department of Elementary Digital. The slips arrive at one address and are read by the people who build the equipment, on working days, Mauritius time. There is no telephone line yet, and no chat widget. A written question gets a written answer that says what Q does, what it does not, and when you can see it.
